The brown trout has been introduced to almost every corner of the world. In the right environment they are able to live to up to 20 years and grow to enormous sizes – although in smaller rivers and creeks a weight of 4 pounds would be seen as a grand prize – the brown trout loves to take long runs and fights hard.
